Nature Walking for Wellness

Dr. Heather Porter and I teamed up to create this book, Nature Walking for Wellness. Her amazing written work paired with my illustration and formatting skills made the perfect combination, and we couldn't be happier to share it! This book provides research evidence on the benefits of mindful nature walking to restore and optimize your health. It contains nine assessments to measure your health, a nature walking tracker log, 52 nature-based walking activities to foster mindfulness and reflection with space for journaling your thoughts, and a list of nature apps to help you identify birds, plants, flowers, trees, insects, rocks, clouds, stars, and walking trails. There are also 50+ ideas of things you can do to promote a sense of connection to nature in your home, along with blank pages for sketching and pressing flowers.
